  • Every product is created based on the image uploaded by the customer.
  • Final print quality depends on the resolution and quality of the uploaded image.
  • Higher-resolution images produce sharper and more detailed prints.
  • We are not responsible for blurry, pixelated, or low-quality prints caused by poor-quality uploaded images.

Important Tip:
Always upload the clearest and highest-quality image available for the best printing results.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Full payment is required before order processing begins.
  • We accept payments through secure and trusted payment gateways.
  • Once an order enters the processing stage, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying all order details before placing an order, including:
    • Uploaded image
    • Product size
    • Shipping address
    • Contact details

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India. International shipping may be available for select locations.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier availability.
  • Any delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our direct control.

While we always try our best to assist customers, delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Returns & Refunds

As all products are custom-made specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, a replacement or refund may be provided if:

  • The product arrives damaged, or
  • The wrong product is delivered.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.

  • For 16×24 inch canvas paintings, an extra 1.5-inch border is added on all sides for framing and a clean finished look.
  • For 20×30 inch canvas paintings, an extra 2-inch border is added on all sides for framing and a clean finished look.
  • For 24×36 inch canvas paintings, an extra 2-inch border is added on all sides for framing and a clean finished look.
