Packaging & Quality Check
During the packaging process, we create a packing video to ensure the product is properly inspected before dispatch. We also use official DivineCanvas branded sealing tape for added security and authenticity.
Before handing over the parcel to the courier service, every product goes through a final quality inspection.
To minimize the risk of damage during transit, all artworks are packed using strong protective materials and secure packaging methods.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it — completely hassle-free.
Since every canvas print at DivineCanvas is made to order, our production team begins preparing your artwork shortly after the order is placed. Early cancellation helps avoid unnecessary production work.
Cancellation Terms
✓ Cancel within 8 hours → Full cancellation accepted
~ Cancel after 8 hours (if production has not started) → We will try our best to help based on the order status
✕ Cancel after printing or framing has started → Cancellation is not possible
If you need to request a cancellation after 8 hours, simply contact our support team and we will check the production status for you.
Returns for Custom Artwork
All custom-sized canvas prints are non-returnable and non-refundable once printing has started.
This applies to:
- Framed artworks
- Unframed artworks
- Domestic orders within India
- International orders
Each artwork is specially created according to your selected size and design, which means it cannot be reused or resold.
This policy follows standard practices within the custom print industry.
International Orders Refund Policy
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping charges in case of refund or exchange.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take shipping safety seriously and packaging issues are very rare. However, if any issue occurs during delivery, we are here to help.
Lost Shipments
If your order is lost during transit, we provide a 100% full refund, regardless of:
- Delivery location
- Framed or unframed order type

Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and share clear photos of the damage.
Our team will personally review the issue and provide a fair resolution based on the condition of the artwork.
